Metro Real Estate Network is a ‘referral only’ real estate company, and is the sister company to Metro Brokers Florida, LLC. We formed this company to allow those agents who have decided to no longer work actively in real estate, a place to hang their license and continue to generate income without having to pay the normal MLS and Association dues and fees associated with having an active license.
A referral agent is a licensed real estate agent whose services are limited to referring clients for the purpose of commencing a real estate transaction. They do not actively solicit or engage in the sale of property.
After activating your license with Metro Real Estate Network, you simply refer your buyer or seller to one of our highly qualified agents or any agent you know and let them do the work. When the deal closes, you get paid!
As a Metro Real Estate Network Referral Agent your income potential is virtually unlimited. The more referrals you send the more you make. A standard referral fee is 25%. For a referral to one of our qualified agents you will receive 85% of the referral fee. For referring to an agent outside of our company you receive 70% of the referral fee.
· Inbound referral Sales Price $400,000 x 2.5% commission = $10,000 x 25% = $2500
· $2500 x 85% = $2125 to referral agent
Of course. Not only can you choose the agent within our company you can refer to, you can refer your client, family or friends to any agent you know, or any agent anywhere in the world.
